James Linklater – Operations

I have been working in the pool industry for over 22 years now. Originally from Alberta I have spent all of my vacation time on the island and was fortunate enough to find work in Nanaimo managing the Jacuzzi dealership which allowed me to follow my dream and relocate. I joined up with Matthew who I hired and trained to run the service department at the Jacuzzi dealership, together we have started up Vancouver Island’s premier service company. We have plans for growth and are looking into expanding from our service trucks into another retail space soon!

Matthew Pettifer – Service

I have been working alongside James learning the service side of the industry and running the service department at the Jacuzzi dealership. I am now happy to announce we have started our own service company to carry on the high quality service and support we have become famous for. We have established business relationships with all the Canadian distributors to allow access to parts, accessories and technical assistance. Our reputation for quality and professionalism is our mission statement, we now have the ability to distribute Bioguard and Spaguard water care products allowing us yet another way to provide for our customers.
